About the President
Burdine’s founder, Diane Burdine-Denig has had a full career of government and private sector employment supporting Federal and Civilian, Commercial, State, and Local clients.
Diane has extensive knowledge in scheduling, problem resolution, pricing strategies, pricing models, data analytics to support pricing decisions, developing business narratives/solutions, and all things Commercial and Government contracting.
· Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) from the National Contracts Management Association
· Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) from the National Contracts Management Association
· 30+ Years’ Experience in Contract Administration and Management (Federal and Commercial) managing all contract types, including award fee and incentive fee type contracts.
· Extensive knowledge of Teaming Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements
· Working knowledge of GSA Schedules, Joint Ventures, and Mentor Protégé Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Licensing Agreements
· 20+ Years’ Experience in price proposal development strategy and creation for all types of contracts.
· Proven proposal win rate with Federal DoD, Federal Civilian agencies, State, Local and Commercial Agencies
· Excellent proposal strategist and negotiator
· Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire others
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions
· Possess an unwavering commitment to excellence and known as the individual to get things done
· Extensive experience writing contract training modules, pricing guides, and newsletters
